Every Monday in January, join Sarah for 24 minutes (one Ghatika) of guided meditation, mindfulness and supported stillness.

designed to unravel deeply held physical tension and encourage space in the mind, through carefully curated stillness.
Using lots of props to create comfort around each stretch, yin is an opportunity to slow down the body and tune in to something deeper.

intertwine breath and movement, to find a rhythmic flow that energises the body, builds strength and steadies the mind.
