designed to unravel deeply held physical tension and encourage space in the mind, through carefully curated stillness.

Using lots of props to create comfort around each stretch, yin is an opportunity to slow down the body and tune in to something deeper.

vinyasa flow

intertwine breath and movement, to find a rhythmic flow that energises the body, builds strength and steadies the mind.

an endlessly adaptable practice that you can adjust to be as gentle or strong as you feel today.

power

a chance to play with the fire within you. longer held postures designed to cultivate strength and invite balance across the whole body. opportunities to explore arm balances, inversions and the best end of class savasana ever!
